What this tracker does not establish
We have reviewed the linked articles, not the full unpublished footage or party files. The selection covers five cases relevant to the initial council enquiries; it is not a census of Reform representatives or an estimate of how common misconduct is.
Solihull’s published procedure excludes incidents before a person became a councillor and normally excludes private-life conduct outside council duties. Other admissibility rules also apply. Each council must decide whether conduct falls within its own code. Our enquiries ask about the process and do not pre-judge jurisdiction. Solihull procedure · Bromley procedure · Tameside procedure.
Updates and corrections
16 October 2026: tracker launched with five attributed case summaries. The open letter was emailed to Reform UK, and status enquiries were sent to Solihull, Bromley and Tameside councils. The wider first wave comprised 13 emails to 14 addresses across 13 organisations. Dispatch is recorded separately from receipt, reply or endorsement. Dunning’s reported group departure and apology are included from the 15 October local report.
Updates require a dated source or direct confirmation. Where a reply disputes a record, both the dispute and any correction will be visible. Contact Frank Reed with the record ID and supporting source.
